12:18 am - legwarmers located Well, we didn't do the Secret Santa in our work team due to several people not being there, but we did do snacks. It was a working lunch. Really. (Secret Santa will take place later, hopefully before the 25th.)
Listening to some Christmas carols recorded by my old boarding school. A certain nostalgia is making me sniff a little. (Or possibly an oncoming cold.) But the real reason that I'm listening to them is that they're good carols. Eastern Monarchs, Sages Three, and Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day, Of The Father's Heart Begotten, and so on. And not too badly sung, either.
Work continues hectic, with or without working lunches.
Found my old legwarmers. Knitting a new pair has been downgraded in priority. (Still on the list, though.)

Water
If I were called in To construct a religion I should make use of water.
Going to church Would entail a fording To dry, different clothes;
My litany would employ Images of sousing, A furious devout drench,
And I should raise in the east A glass of water Where any-angled light Would congregate endlessly.
